South Carolina Permits Constitutional Carry of Firearms (March 7, 2024)
- Effective March 7, 2024, SC amended its firearms laws to authorize individuals to carry firearms in either an open or concealed manner and without training or a permit. Employers must post signs at the entrances of buildings where concealed carry weapons are prohibited.
